We are seeking a Creative Fragrance Evaluator to join our Fragrance group. The successful candidate must be able to initiate and direct the development of new fragrances for global projects. Will also need to be able to support developed fragrances with olfactive maps and information as needed, as well as act as liaison between R&D, marketing, PI and fragrance suppliers. Primary duties include leading the fragrance development process for Avon's Strategic Sourcing Initiatives and Productivity programs. Other responsibilities include conducting rendition and stability evaluations, package testing evaluations, trouble shooting technical fragrance issues with suppliers, nationalization evaluations and and evaluation of raw ingredients to support product and fragrance development.

Rochester,NY.Rochester CAS is a full service environmental laboratory and at mora than 17000 square feet is the second largest in the CAS network. It carries certifications in most eastern and southeastern states , including Florida .The Rochester lab has been NELAC certified in New York since the inspection of the national approval program .
In addition,Rochester CAS participates in and has approvals from many industry audit programs .
Responsibilities:
Analysis of water and soil samples for volatile analytes using gas chromatography.
The analyst will be responsible for operation of the GC and associated purge and trap concentrator as well as FID, Hall Cell and PID detectors.
Must be familiar with the operation and calibration techniques of gas chromatography.

Survey Senior Research Associate
The Senior Research Associate will work alongside Senior Analysts and will have the following primary duties:
o Manage online surveys throughout the entire project life cycle. Tasks include:
o Edit survey questionnaires to fit respondent friendly formats and programming formats.
o Work with programmers to co-ordinate and test programming of questionnaires into online survey formats
o Research, identify, and recruit appropriate respondents needed to meet quotas for survey recruiting.
o Manage relationships with survey respondents and answer all technical and non-technical questions pertaining to the survey.
o Analysis of large quantities of data from surveys into client-deliverable formats using SPSS, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,
Assist senior analysts in ensuring clients are regularly updated on survey status and their needs are continually met
Work on ad-hoc project requests.
Work with other teams across Guidepoint Global in assisting and implementing surveys in non-healthcare topics such as technology, retail and industrials
