The pay rate for this position is between $55-62.00 per hour on W2 contract through Adecco.
The objective of this project is to build the next generation charting product (NGCP) based on Common Platform 1.5 that supports and enhances user's workflow and ability to utilize data visualization to gain insight from information. The NGCP needs to satisfy the following major requirements: (1) Deliver static charts with insightful analyses in CP Views that provide a visual representation of data in the associated View. (2) Deliver an Interactive Charting Workspace that allows the user to view, edit and save charting definitions that provide the analyses (time series, fundamentals, technical indicators, estimates, etc...) they require. (3) Provide a charting component with a flexible interface that enables it to be plugged in data visualization solutions. (4) Deliver a charting component that can be deployed in both Web and Desktop environments and containers.
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
(1) Develop high quality and high performance code.
(2) Provide level of effort estimates for development tasks.
(3) Analyze software requirements and deliver software architecture and design that address these requirements.
(4) Troubleshoot and provide solutions for software defects.
Qualification:
Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor in Computer Science or a related field.
Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:
(1) Five or more years of software development experience.
(2) Solid C#/.Net experience.
(3) Good experience with Microsoft Silverlight.
(4) Solid ASP.NET experience
(5) Excellent communication and presentation skills
6) Good experience in Software Architecture & Design.
Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:
(1) Good experience with Microsoft WPF
(2) Good experience with Microsoft Composite Application Library (Prism)

The senior level Network and Security Engineer will provide professional consulting services to assist in the implementation of the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server project for the Landmarks Preservation Commission and Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications’ (DoITT). The Security Engineer will have the responsibility of assisting with designing, documenting and implementing the network and security architecture.
This position is scheduled for one year, with possible extension thereafter.
